Wouldn't it be easier to contact a local branch of the requested service providers and ask them than it would be to ask the internet? I've never even heard of that phone.

In theory that phone should work with Bell Mobility (Canada) fine, as it shares the same bands as the HTC Sensation 4G. Obviously it needs to be unlocked, and take a SIM card, and then Bell has to give the OK. No Gurantees.
