27" Screen For Gaming

Can anyone recommend a good one?

I am using a Dell U2312HM at the moment and want to upgrade to a faster and bigger monitor, since the Dell has such good colour though this creates a problem as I'd rather not go for something significantly worse in appearance.

So what I need is a quick 27" monitor with good colour.

Was thinking of going with this.

Anyone got any alternatives or comments about that one?

I had a 26" monitor at 1920x1200 and could live with the resolution, I think I can live with a 1080p 27" screen.

I really do appreciate the advise but I am fully aware of the potential flaws of a 1080p screen at this size and I can deal with it, I want a 27" monitor for between £200-£300 and if that means getting a 1080p one I do not have a problem with that.
