Why Can't headsets companies understand that this **** is the reason for more than 50% of died headsets

Yeah, this yet another case of user error. I've had my Sennheiser with this thing for years without any issues. In Apple talk: You're holding it wrong.

BTW, saying the companies plan for this to sell you more product is pretty much the stupidest thing I've heard or do you keep buying from the same company if their products keep failing on you? Either way, it's stupid.

I don't think they'll do it on purpose, but I think they're aware that at this price you can't expect them to last forever and so they don't. And even if you did, manufacturers cannot spend as much on the product's materials/design/components and keep the low prices.
