CS:GO 144Hz

Does anyone know how do I switch the game to run at 144Hz? Or is it automaticly adjusts to 144Hz after switching in the CCC?

in set launch options put "-freq 144" without the quotes.

my game is usually around 200-300 fps depending on map but i guess you can lock it to 144

Do you even need to do that? I just set the refresh rate to 144 in Nvidia Control Panel.

It automatically adjusts, if your desktop refresh is 144hz then games will run as fast as they can unless you cap the framerate.

 

If you're system is making 200fps, you're seeing 144 of them.
