Best sub 200$ VT-d/IOMMU full support 9 series motherboard?

I am trying to figure out which mobo to purchase for my next build...
I need a mobo with VT-d/IOMMU complete support, this machine will be a sort of virtual machine server.

I am completely lost trying to figure out which mobo/chipset does support IOMMU.

 

FF: ATX

Socket: 1150

Ideally a 9 series board, but a very good 8 series might be fine.

I can only verify that the asrock z97 extreme6 has VT-d/IOMMU support bcuz one of my friends is using it.

 

It's a great board (dual lan, 6 sata3s, 2x satae, 2x m.2, and more)

 

I also heard that the asrock z97 killer has IOMMU support but i can't verify that.

edit: It seems that ASRock has the reputation of having good IOMMU support.

For anyone interested, I contacted MSI regarding their Z97 MPower board (I love the color scheme), here is their reply:

Z97 MPower supports VT-d IOMMU according to MSi tech rep.
