its going to have RAGE engine with few improvements. I expect it to release at just after Q3 2014 or Q1 2015

I have completed it on my ps3, so no worries for me. But If it ever come out on pc, it would take a very hefty hardware to run properly. Even for 6 yr old GTA IV 1gb vram is not enough for ultra. I would expect Titan Z would be required to play in ultra 4k.

That's because GTA IV was optimized like a potato

I have completed it on my ps3, so no worries for me. But If it ever come out on pc, it would take a very hefty hardware to run properly. Even for 6 yr old GTA IV 1gb vram is not enough for ultra. I would expect Titan Z would be required to play in ultra 4k.

That's a really bad assumption.

 

The only reason GTA IV was hard to run was because it was one of the worst optimized PC games ever made. If they don't make that mistake with GTA V, it will not be too difficult to run.

GTA: IV was a shitty console port, and even then it ran like shit on the consoles.

I played through the game on PS3 already but I would certainly buy it again for PC. Just to see the difference.
