How to get windows 8.1 on a usb ?

I was wondering how to put windows on a usb so i can put it on my new rig when i build it

yes somewhat, i was wondering if i could the windows 8.1 from my laptop but as its a laptop i dont have the windows product key is there any way to find tge product key ?

If i bought windows from the site that sells the product keys for around 50$ how would i install without a disk ?

 

 

The site you bought the key from will have instructions if it is not 'totally dodgy', be carefull of 'dodgy' sites.
