I would recommend Scarlet Crush's DS3/4 drivers - you don't get to use the SIXAXIS motion controls but since it fakes being an xbox 360 controller you get seamless integration with any game that supports Xinput.  It even can do wireless if you have a blueTooth adapter on your PC (although read the warnings about that)

It's also open source so you don't get any adware or security vulnerabilities like in MotionJoy or MotionInJoy, whatever they call themselves now.
