Raptor M40 or M45

I'm not really sure which I should ask for (for my birthday). The only thing I noticed is that the M45 has the extra 1,000 DPI and is $10 more. I really don't know which I should get, but I trust you guys.

DPI means nothing to me personally. I use 2000 on desktop and 400-600 while gaming/FPS. Choose whatever one you pref.

That's just the thing, I don't really know where I should go with it. My current mouse is 1000DPI, and it's okay... But it's not the greatest. I don't really know where it would start to become twitch.

Logitech is blue, why would he want that with a black and red theme?

 

@tmcclelland455, the M45 would probably be a better bet, as it is slightly newer and is liable to have better support. The Extra 10 dollars probably justifies the extra 5 on the name :P
