What is high performance ram? No difference between ram with the same speeds and capacity.

On-topic: Like everyone said, any RAM will do. 8GB of RAM is perfect for everyday use and gaming. Anything above is for heavy work like video-editing, rendering, etc.

I find myself running out of 8 with 6 chrome tabs open and bf4...
