Best M.2 SSD for ~$100 USD

Well, it's that time of year! I'm SSD shopping, and I would like to know what the best M.2 SSD is for around $100 USD. It has to be at least 120GB. I'm tired, kinda bitchy, and way over my head with this right now. Right now, it seems like these SATA ones are going to win, but I'd rather get an M.2 so that it would be one less cable I have to deal with. Amazon, Newegg, Tiger Direct, and NCIX (US) are all fine with me.

I really like the crucial m500, good drive in my opinion.

I'd probably go with an SP900 from ADATA.  Besides, unless I'm mistaken, I'm pretty sure that's what @LinusTech uses.

Crucial MX100 are great SSDs.
