You need a new cpu if you where to get a new mobo and to be honest the cpu is fine. personally if it was possible id get a 780 and sell the 760 but sli isnt a bad option at all. I would also have a look at getting more ram but it really depends on what you are doing with it? im guessing gaming

Where abouts is your pc not cutting it, its a pretty decent spec. Honestly not sure its worth the cost of upgrading, you could just sell your 760 and get a 780 or an 49 290 or something (or the best thing you can afford)

Or sli your 760s which have pretty amazing performance

You could upgrade to a new i5 or get an i7 but it probably wouldnt do THAT much for your gaming performance

Are you thinking of making an entirely new build or are you just replacing the mobo and CPU?

I'd reccomend something like an ASUS Z97-A or MSI Z97-G45 and a 4690K.

Not to mention your PC is still quite capable :)

If you want to get a new cpu and you dont want to OC then you could get a 4770 and a cheapsidoodles motherboard :) then maybe if you have the dough upgrade the gpu for a 800 series next year

If I were you, I'd only replace the CPU/mobo, everything else is fine IMO. Maybe get a more powerful GPU, but that's it.

BTW

Your PSU is a potential fire hazard. Get one from a reputable manufacturer.
