I have a GTX 760, AMD FX 6300.

Can I run NFS Rivals with "-GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60+ "?

with that command you unlock the fps cap that will just speed up the game dramatically and you won't enjoy the racing experience!

 

keep the game at 30 fps for better performance!

Ok! I am going to buy it right now..

you can run the game maxed out in 1080p at 30 fps and with that command at 60 fps :)
