Now is this Windows copy the Professional or the Pro version? It's says Professional in the title but Pro in the Picture.

 

Also, this one is even cheaper than the Windows 8.1.

Yeah its legit,

 

Windows 8 PRO (32 or 64bit the key can be used on)

 

Just make sure after you get it running to run windows updates to get the latest and then go into the windows store to download the 8.1 update.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit all the way. all the intermediary versions have less features, even if I don't use them all, they're good to have.

All it does is compare standard vs. Pro.

 

Pro = short for professional, simple as that.

 

That having been said, Windows 8 only comes in 4 editions:

Windows 8, windows 8 pro, windows 8 enterprise, windows 8 RT

 

Windows 8 Pro is for professional use. Hence why the terms are used interchangeably.

 

Earlier editions used to have the full word "professional" in the title e.g. Windows 7 Professional.

They changed that to the shorter "pro" in Windows 8, but there are no differences.

There are also NO two "pro" AND "professional" versions in one generation of Windows.
