you can oc on that board, but make sure you keep voltage low

you can see the vrm is heatsinked and the chokes are good

 

its true its only 4 phases, but so do other boards even z97 ones have so there is no problem :)

i know right :) the 4690k is only 70$ more

I replaced expensive case and throw away SSD but you can buy SSD later

 

that noctua cooler is the best out of the selection from pcpartpicker australia, and its pretty small heatsink with 92mm fans and 4 heatpipes so it will keep it cool and quiet

 

you could even ghetto mount spare noctua fan ( 2 of them with cpu cooler ) and put it as exhaust on the case, since case only comes with 1 intake front fan 

 

but even if you dont, static pressure is good thing, and it will force out heat anyway, and cpu cooler blows hot air to the back mesh anyway
