Safe CPU temp?

New to overclocking and i wanted to know if this is a safe overclock and What are the max temps i should get. This screenshot was after i had prime 95 running for around 30 mins.

Those are perfectly normal temperatures.

Anything up to 90 degrees is usable.

85 degrees and under is recommended.

Personally I'm comfortable with 75 degrees max. I like my components to run really cool :D

For a 3770k @4.5Ghz looks pretty good to me. Those are about the same temps I get with my 3570K @ 4.5

Ryzen 7 5800X3D , Arctic Liquid Freezer  III , Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite , Corsair Vengeance 32GB , Gigabyte RTX 5070Ti ,  WD SN850 / MP44L

I'd probably check the temps after a longer stress test. are you using a blend test? if so the first 30 minutes usually test large fft, but once it hits small fft's the temps jump much higher. I'd recommend at least testing for 2-4 hours minimum for stability and temperatures under 85 or 90 tops.
