Do you guys have a sugestion?

Layleaf1

First of all. I already have the other parts, but I still need a motherboard and a cpu. And I know that you guy will be like: "you shouldn't use old tech and only stick with the high- end stuff!" but I can afford it and don't use it that often.
This is what I have:

320GB IDE HDD (will replace this as primary HDD, but would like to keep it as 2nd HDD).
2x2GB DDR2
550Watt Corsair PSU

2x GTX 460  1gb

IDE CD/DVD-rw

And I would like a motherboard (AMD is fine) with possibly a quad core, but a fast duel core is fine too. And I know that the low-end stuff mixed up with the higher-end stuff isn't optimal, but for now is the only posibility I have.

My Budget for the motherboard and the CPU will be something like 80$ (more expensive will work too, but I'll have to wait a bit longer).

the new Pentium anniversary edition has been getting bundled with decent motherboards recently for around that budget

Socket AM1 with a 5350 would be your best option for a quad core for that budget

Or the cheapest socket 1150 board and a pentium

YO will not be able to use that RAM as its DDR2, also you can through SATA to IDE converters but I highly don't recommend using and IDE Devices as they are ancient
