Software to monitor usage of igpu of intel cpu?

Basicly i need to find something that will show me a performance log of my igpu not my actuall gpu, see im testing rendering methods with gpu's and its quicker but both 680's do not increase in usage so its lead me to beleive that its being handeld by my igpu

Is there anything that does this i looked on google but its all for nvidia and amd cards not cpu's
