A laptop for my sister

My sister wants a laptop. however I don't know much about laptop specs.

she will primarily use it for office stuff and surfing on the internet.

at the moment she has an crappy compaq presario but she complains that it's too slow.

it is an AMD E-300 Apu in it if i am right and 2gb of ram.

her buget is about 500 euro's which is about US $680 

I would love to hear sugestions

Stay away from Toshiba and their build "Quality"

A suggestion might be this HP Pavilion 17-f040nd laptop. It's price fluctuate between the €480 to €500 mark or $650~680 USD.
