I have a Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus case with 4 fans. 3 of them are sickleflow and one is default Hyper 212 fan. Two fans are on the 212 and one is front intake and the last one is rear exhaust. The two top mounts cannot be used due to clearance issues. However there is one mount at the bottom near psu and I decided to put one more Cooler Master Sickleflow there. I ordered one. I wanted suggestions whether to put it as an exhaust or intake. My current temps are high and all components are overclocked. 8320 at 68c load, GTX 760 at 83c with 85c set as maximum. My motherboard is an ASRock Fatality 990FX Killer. Thanks.

Put it as intake. I'd also suggest getting a dust filter for it.

How does intake help ? I am confused as GPU exhausts its heat into the case.

Yes it does, but fans are intake on that one and air comes out from all sides. And since fans are pointing down, they are straight in path of airflow. Besides, having bottom fan as exhaust makes no sense at all. It would be sucking air from front fan before that cool air reaches to GPU or CPU.
