Could be hungarian.

 

Edit: looked it up. it isn't hungarian but it's close. So maybe finnish?

In Hungarian there are letters like ű and ő. Finnish has å. So I don't think it's either, but it's definitely some kind of European country.

Yeah.... To be fair, I don't actually use a Swiss keyboard at home, so that's why it took me a while to recognize.

 

I compared it to the layout of every single European country before it dawned on me that it was Swiss, dat facepalm doe
