H80i

Hi there everyone i have a H80i which im going to have in my rig that im currently building and im going to have the fans push/pull exiting out the back of my c70 case.

 

i was thinking of having x2 bitfenix spectre pro green led fans in push/pull on the H80i rad and was thinking of replacing the corsair standard fans with the bitfenix fans. So am i going to impair the performance or should i just stick with the original fans?.

2x spectre pro should outperform one stockfan easy. Don't worry!

Using the Spectre fans will be fine, I used some on a 420 rad previously and they worked well.

 

The performance should be a little better with the Spectres, though you could test this!

Do a max load test for an hour with the original fans and then an hour long test at max with the Spectres and compare results :) They should be pretty close but I think the spectres will win

The H80i does use the OEM version of Corsair's SP fans but 2 Spectre Pros will outperfrom it. You could get another SP120 Quiet Edition fan. It'll be cheaper that way and it'll perform better than two Spectre Pro fans

dont use the stock fans use the Spectre fans it wont impair the preformance!! :)
