Looking for a particular type of program to deal with legalese

I recall several years ago, before Vista, there was a program for windows XP that would alert/highlight for the user anything in a privacy policy/terms of use was suspect, what section it was, and what it might mean. Honestly I am not sure if I am just not searching right but I cannot find anything resembling it at all.

 

Anyone with any ideas on this? Nowadays with suspect chrome extensions, sites/programs/apps that are fishy, etc etc, I rather know what it is I am agreeing to. You know?

 

Anyhow thanks for any help offered.
