Why so many fans? You are spending almost 75$ on fans, that money could be put into other parts of the PC.

I'm sure you will be fine. I run the same amount of fans on my 600w PSU.

You should upgrade to a 4790k and a Z97 board (Asus Z97I Plus), it's a bit more but it's a worthy upgrade.

I suggest swapping that fans out, Corsair fans have looks, just that.

Also, get the Windows key from G2A, it's much cheaper there.

You are good, you have not begun to add fans to make your PSU struggle. I have a 80+ nothin 600w CM PSU and i run 1x 200mm fan, 3x 120mm fans and 5x 140mm fans and i boot every time.

Just make sure to chain that puppy down so that it won't fly away due to propulsion from all the fans JK,

 

imho, you really don't need superb thermal paste, get some low end stock (free sample or something ordinary), it's only a few degrees difference between the best & the worst, 6$ is too much for Thermal i suppose, other than that 780 Ti would be a perfomance bump for you if you have the money..(maxwell's coming out anyday now comparitive perfomance might be low on 780)
