I need a cpu cooler I was looking at the Hyper 212 Evo I have a 1155 socket so I need a cpu cooler with at 1155 bracket, or should I buy a bracket for my Cooler Master V8?

Comparable to the Hyper 212 EVO in price/performance are the Xigmatek Gaia and Scythe Mugen 4, but you should look for reviews to see what suits you best.

Hyper 212 evo, Sycthe mugen 4 is a little better but that thing is huge.

But the cooler master v8 is also good if you can find a cheap bracket.

Get a h100i, quiet, looks good, and a decent price, and in my experience it cools really well

It's only as loud as the fan you mount on there..

Depends on your bucket. For a cheap CPU cooler that does really well yeah Hyper 212 Evo. If you're willing to spend a bit more or you're planning to overclock, I'd highly recommend the Noctua U14S (it whoops the H100i)

It's only as loud as the fan you mount on there..

I can mount a quieter fan to the 212 evo that is what one of my friends did.
