The Corsair 230T is all I have experience with and I'd recommended it for that price point.

I would suggest the Bitfenix Shinobi (http://www.ncix.com/detail/bitfenix-shinobi-window-atx-mid-55-60585-1360.htm) its on sale for $79.99 and is usually $84.99 (CAD) the price is likely very similar in other parts of the world.

That thing has the dumbest side panel I've ever seen. Great case, but wow does its side panel annoy me.

how, i admit it is abnormal but is good, it allows you to take off the side without moving the case from the wall

I think your thinking of the 760T, the 230T has slide on side panels, not hinged.

Oh wow you're totally right. My case has faux hinges so I never even realized it was abnormal when working with it..
