USB 3.0 front panel ports don't work.

Hi my front panel USB 3.0 ports on my NZXT Phantom 410 Black case don't seem to work with my USB 2.0 drives / devices. 

 

I have the drivers installed and I'm a bit confused what's wrong the USB 3.0 header is plugged into the MB. And to what I can see 2.0 should work in 3.0 ports.

double check you have plugged the USB into the motherboard correctly.

I did I get power to my USB drive / device but not data ?

check BIOS setting for the USB 3 ports that says something like "support legacy USB"

Nope that didn't work.
