best r9 290?

What is the best r9 290 in a world where money doesnt matter? I think the tri-x or vapor-x. One of my friend says the powercolor pcs+ and we kind of have an arguement there, so I decided to also ask here. Thank you for replying.

vapor X, whatever is Sapphire's top offering is often the killer piece for AMD cards, I'd take the vapor X.

The tri - x is 12" long. I have it in my rig right now and it is an awesome and very very silent card. I even have a bit of oc on it.
Much recommended.

At Overclock.net there's a whole thread of people who have issues with the Powercolor PCS. It's a nice design but apparently has a lot of issues. Even if you check the Newegg reviews on it it seems to be the same story.

They're probably both as good, but the Sapphire Tri-x guarantees that the card has Hynix VRAM which is better than the Elpida VRAM, although they may've fixed the blackscreen issues, with Elpida VRAM.

Anyone else know if they managed to fix the blackscreen problems with cards with Elpida VRAM? and i'm not 100% sure if the Powercolour PCS+ card guarantees Hynix VRAM.

I'd say Windforce or Tri-X...

Newegg reviews

Overclock.net

If you scroll through the reviews you can see that the problems people have are the same as the ones as on Overclock.net. The Overclock.net thread is long so you're going to have to do some digging.

I think I've finally decided on the R9 290 Vapor-X. My last AMD part was a 5770 Vapor-X which was nice and quiet.
