The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is pretty good for the price. You could get the Cooler Master TPC 612 (which I think looks AMAZING). Just be sure that it will fit in your case.

I have the TPC 612, really pretty. Highly recommend. Pretty. And an ap123 fan to go with it

I'd get the NH-U14s it performs close to a h100i but is stupidly quiet. Can't recommend it enough.

212 is already good cooler. Any special reason you'd want to get more expensive one? Anyway, case limits cooler to under 165mm. So basicly Noctuas D15 and U14S are off limits. D14 will fit. Dark Rock 3 would fit also. RAM is low profile already so in this sense, case is limitting factor.
