2 12V rails, with 10A and 13A respectively, no more than 20A combined. Please... It is certified for 300W at 25C ambient, but I would not run a decent graphics card (or anything) on that, given the low Amperage. 

 

To identify the specific model, I think we need the bit that's just cut out at the top.

It is 300w, but the amount of leftover headroom would depend on what processor you have, or other components.

It would be fine it has a TDP of only 60w so if you are not going crazy on the cpu or using a lode of hdd's then you are good to go

I bought the computer from a retailer that's why the parts are really bad quality. 

 

My specs are:

 

i7 860 2.8Ghz

Radeon HD 5570 1gb

8gb ram (not sure what speed)

I have an i7 860 in my 5 year old rig. It's reasonably old, but not too bad since Intel hasn't been doing much with their consumer grade CPUs lately.

 

Yeah there we go. The model number is PS-6301-08A. Doesn't help too much since there aren't any reviews of it.

No, they do not have a 6 pin connector. I would HIGHLY suggest spending $50-$60 on a higher quality power supply for the sake of your components though.

Corsair VS series is crap. The CX and CXM are budget units that are acceptable.

Don't use a graphics card w/that. Trust me, if you hit anywhere near max power pull on the GPU, that PSU is gonna go "poof". It may not fry everything else in your system but you'll have to replace it anyway. If you're using a modular PSU (slimmer than an ATX), you'll probably be screwed for a substantially better PSU unless you get a new pc case that can house a larger power supply.

 

 

A family member just recently put in a low end 600-series GPU that requires something like 10A or less on the 12V rail, maybe 80-90W or less and no 6-pin connector, with a 300W power supply similar to that one and the PSU blew in about 3 days. No noticeable damage to other components but I had them replace it with an EVGA 600B. This way they can avoid nuking anything and be able to build a better pc later on without worries.

 

 

It's an investment, but a worthwhile one that you'd likely need anyway. Part of that PSU failure was due to age but seeing as you're running an i7-860 and state your computer is ~5 yrs old anyway, I would avoid risking it. Just get a decent 400-500+W power supply from NCIX or something. They aren't that expensive..

As mentioned in previous posts - DO NOT USE GTX 750Ti WITHOUT NEW OR BETTER PSU!

 

That i7 is holding your PSU under pressure allready. Not much headroom at all.
