Coil whine, it's not gonna damage anything, but rather disterbing,there isn't much you can do bout it, so just get Headphones and just Deal with it

The only fix is to replace it.

Coil whine usually happens when things small components such as electromagnetic coils aren't soldered properly therefore causing vibration. RMA if you can.

Yeah if the sound is like this or similar: 

then its coil whine. Coil whine can sometimes go away overtime but if you could RMA if it really bother you and you want it to be fixed immediately.

Well guys i check it outside of the case and the buzzing is't a lower that in to the case, i tried without motherboard too, another thing, i have problems with the motherboard and i will replace it. Do you think the motherboard overcharger the PSU if this one it's ON?

Sorry but I do not get what you meant. What problem do you have on your motherboard? What do you mean by the motherboard overcharging the PSU?

Hi guys a few days ago the PSU comes to buzzing and i don't know if this is normal, this the first PSU that i have with this problem, a friend told me that que PSU is overcharger, is true? The buzzing is perceptuble at 2ft.

 

 

I went through this as well. So I got a new PSU. Same thing. When set to high performance mode, it mostly went away...but...you could here it faintly with mouse movement. When I got a new mobo, it went away completely.
