Blue Screen Help ( GPU Problem? )

Sometimes when i open games ( Battlefield 3 , ArmA 2) I get a blue screen of death. The file name is    atikmdag.sys    This driver has caused the crash every time. Due to the fact it says ATI at the front i assume it's my AMD gpu crashing 

In the picture below this shows you what I'm seeing and getting. Could someone guide me and help me find the exact problem :                     If you need any other details reply here please : 

 

My GPU is an Asus AMD 6670 (I've tried other drivers, still happens) 

 

CPU  :  Intel Dual Core Pentium 3.2GHz

It's more likely a driver issue.

It says EXPAND.EXE isn't a command and is unkown?
