Need help for PC

So here's my problem, I need a computer. My budget is $380 after tax, and I'm a Canadian citizen. I've created a parts list on PCpartpicker, and I'm only able to use the following 3 vendors: NCIX, Canada Computers, and Tiger Direct. Please help me out if there is a flaw or something. And I do realize my build is highly unstable (due to the unrated psu) Thank you for your help.

I beleive you could save money on the processor if you're just looking for something to like, listen to music on or whatever

This is for Dota 2 mainly, but pretty much as much performance as possible right now

It's something to get you started. You'll just need to upgrade the gpu eventually but it'll run Dota 2 just fine.
