Fallout: New Vegas DLC more than free

Right now, all Fallout: New Vegas DLC besides Courier's Stash is over 100% off. The problem is now I can't add it to my cart. I was hoping to buy it before the sale ended but it looks like I can't do this anymore.

 

Has anyone else had this problem before?

It's glitched expect the price to return to what it should be soon.
