Rigid Tubing. . . How is it done?

Is it custom designed to fit or? . . . I've always amazing how clean and perpendicular everything is. . . Although I've seen the odd shoddy one that looks like a vandalized toilet.

You have to heat it up in order to bend it. That's how it's done. It takes hours to get it perfect.

Buy acrylic tubing and bend it using a heatgun. You can flll it with sand and block each end to stop it kinking while you apply heat and bend it. This method works for steel and copper (without the heat ofcourse).

If you don't want to deal with bending it, you need to make sure your blocks, rads etc. can be connected with straight piece of tubing. This usually involves spending more money on fittings to align two points with each other.

Or a $2 piece of silicon rod and not have to touch sand. (Acrylic)
