My new amd 7970 is playing up - It is a Asus Direct CU II card and it isn't doing to well by the looks of it.

I am also running a Intel 3770k, dz77ga-70k mobo, Corsair vengeance ram, and a corsair TX750m PSU and Windows 7 ultimate...

Is it a hardware or software issue... Or did I just get a bum card?

Does it only flicker like that in OpenGL or when running direct X 9, 10 and 11 as well?
