New Build unsupported when booted up

Go to solution Solved by d3sl91,

When I built my new pc i carefully put each part together, when i booted it up it went to the motherboard bios and worked fine until it started booting windows, it was then a black screen with the word "Unsupported". Please Help.

Specs:

- USB 3.0 Mid Tower Red Bone Case

- GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XM-HD3 FM2+ AMD A88X (Bolton D4) HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

- Corsair Builder Series CX 500 Watt ATX/EPS  80 PLUS (CX500)

- Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB Kit (2x4GB) 1600MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM - White (HX316C10FWK2/8)

- AMD Quad-Core A8-Series APU A8-6600K with Radeon HD 8570D (AD660KWOHLBOX

Your monitor is having issues, it is trying to display an unsupported resolution - probably because diaplay drivers are not installed for the video card.

Try another monitor?

Try booting into safemode and see if you can get display drivers to install.

Is everything connected properly? Did you try different video connections other than HDMI?

He said it's a new build and can't boot at all. As in he boots to windows and before he gets to login it says unsupported from what I understand.

we need to know your monitor model

and if possible swap from different display inputs, like HDMI,DVI or VGA

and which Windows version your are using?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
