Need a new silent PSU on the cheap.

Hi guys so I currently have an XFX pro 550watt psu and  its all good about its performance but its way too much noisy for me. especially under load. My warranty doesnt cover the noise nor can I replace it so I am looking into selling it and buying something better.  I know most of you will suggest a Seasonic one but they are too expensive here in greece. I would like some recommendations for a relatively cheap, reliable and quiet PSU.
Also here is the site where I look for psus. http://www.skroutz.gr/c/30/psu-trofodotika.html

Thanks.

Can't get any more quiet than a fanless power supply, but they're likely not in your budget.

Or you can get a power supply whose fan only turns on at a specific minimum load. You might have to go slightly overkill this way so that you never exceed the minimum threshold for the fan to turn on.

Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow; Motherboard: MSI ZZ490 Gaming Edge; CPU: i7 10700K @ 5.1GHz; Cooler: Noctua NHD15S Chromax; RAM: Corsair LPX DDR4 32GB 3200MHz; Graphics Card: Asus RTX 3080 TUF; Power: EVGA SuperNova 750G2; Storage: 2 x Seagate Barracuda 1TB; Crucial M500 240GB & MX100 512GB; Keyboard: Logitech G710+; Mouse: Logitech G502; Headphones / Amp: HiFiMan Sundara Mayflower Objective 2; Monitor: Asus VG27AQ

How many € do you think you can give??

I am on a small budget so I would say less than 100  € if possible

http://www.skroutz.gr/s/4034934/Corsair-RM-Series-RM650-80Plus-Gold.html or http://www.skroutz.gr/s/4034909/Corsair-RM-Series-RM550-80Plus-Gold.html these are my 2 suggestions... I would go for the 650 watt because it will make less noise while under load, and also be more "futureproof"

Yeah these are the ones I am looking at.. I was just hoping for something cheaper

they look very similar to the CX line with 80+ gold and the insides look good but still I have some doubts about them as I havent seen a lot of people using them.

Looks like the RM series are my best bet as the good be quiet psus cost more than the corsair here

I would avoid the Corsair RM series as they use cheap caps in them.

Go for another XFX, such as the XTR series. This is based on Seasonics G series psu.

http://www.skroutz.gr/s/4773508/XFX-XTR-Series-650W.html

It looks good, but I have to read a ton of reviews to make sure it doesnt make that annoying sound like mine. Thanks for the suggestion

Are you interested in voiding your warranty and slap a noctua fan inside the psu?

20 euros upgrade.

Does it really matter when the alternative is replacing the entire psu?

^This. You are not going to use it anyways.
