i7 4790K and any Z97 board will do

no need for extreme board or even no need for ROG boards

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

oh no not all GPU  i will have two GPU, internal capture card and probably a sound card.

no need for sound card, the MSI solution is good enough

i will understand the need for capture card

what kind of slot the capture card use?

Soundcard might be personal thing. If you have expensive sound card then fine, if you have like $50 soundcard then its questionable.
Spending $250 more on 6core vs 4core is not worth (performance increase is too low for the cost).

i7-4790k will do nicely for u :) use that $250 on great webcam/microphone.

if you are going to use only 2 graphics card i would even drop the motherboard to the MSI gaming 5, it can do SLI and it has 3 PCIe X16 slots and 4 legacy 4X PCI slots (FOR SOUND CARDS!!) but you don't need sound cards anymore unless you are a melanomaniac...this board features audio boost 2 (• Realtek® ALC1150 Codec - 7.1-Channel High Definition Audio) as well as the Killer E2205 Gigabit LAN controller for online gaming.

well just giving you guys an update.  i did buy the asus maximus VI extreme board and the i7-4790K.  im just waiting on the CPU to come in.

ok do note you will need to flash the BIOS on the board to run the Haswell Refresh CPUs

You would need MAXIMUS VI EXTREME BIOS 1505: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/MAXIMUS_VI_EXTREME/HelpDesk_Download/

You probably need to use the USB Flashback option to flash your bios since you have a non-supported cpu (Refer to page 2-15): http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA1150/MAXIMUS-VI-EXTREME/E8442_Maximus_VI_Extreme.pdf

Heres more info about USB Flashback: http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?1142-How-to-use-ASUS-ROG-USB-BIOS-Flashback

I would say go with the gaming 5. I've seen enough bad reviews of the 7 (exploding mosfets from bad VR firmware) to keep me away until the next batch.
