Okay so i am at this point in my build plan where i am revising it for the 57th time haha  but when watching one of Linus's videos i started wondering what brand to get. when using PCPartPicker.com i see many brands and variations but i don't know what i should get. i will be buying one at start up and adding a second one later in SLI. i will be running a custom loop cooling to both graphics cards so cooler type does not matter. what one do you think is the best for the $$$ i don't want to spend more then $710. please help!!! :)

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Reference cooler will save you some money over the ACX generally. Though as long as it's not a Classified/Kingpin/other fancy card, both stock and ACX cooler cards are reference PCBs. Reference PCBs are somewhat easier to get waterblocks for.
