you have plenty of space to mount it

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-r9-295x2-review-benchmark-performance,3799-3.html

just slot the GPU to the first PCI-E 16x slot

swap out one of the rear case exhaust fan and you should be able to mount the radiator

what about if i buy 2 cards?

Then put one on front or on bottom(if you have bottom) but i dont recommend you have two if you dont have the space

H110 Front

R9 295X2 #1 Top

R9 295X2 #2 Back/Top next to the #1 radiator

Does the psu can still handle the power and the motherboard can handle them?

dual 295x2?

you will be looking at least a 1500 Watt PSU from Corsair

those card need 1K watts alone
