Can't see flash sales

Is anyone having this issue?

 

I can't see the most recent set of flash sales or the community choice sales.

 

I have restarted steam, and even gone to the steam webstore through Chrome and nothing, just a countdown timer to the next set of sales.

But it said the exploration bundle won the vote and I refreshed immediately.
