save file window issue on windows 7

hi guys this happened to me all of a sudden im not sure what to search for or what to do since i dont know what is the missing part called

but its missing ,that part wont shown on chrome /skype when im trying to save something

i cant do sfc /scannow because i modded like 30dll's few months ago (waaaay before this happened)

any help is appreciated (dont be harsh on me i dont know what is that part of the windows explorer called)

 

 

 

OK Fixed it the problem was i was only modding 64bit explorerframe

i downloaded 32bit explorerframe and modded it and place it inside of syswow64 folder and voila it works

Well.. you modded system dll file, there is nothing can be done, beside fixing it by putting back the original file.

Yea, but if it's broken, then means Levent mod the file. Which also means that he will have to choose, between his mod(s) or a working Windows

nop not at all i can just replace the explorerframe.dll in system32 and systemwow64 and re mod it
