Open Broadcaster is free and works great for me.

I've also used Xsplit in the past and had no problems, it just depends whether or not you want to fork over the cash.

I'm that guy with the GPD Win.

OBS is best option if you want to test things out. XSplit has demo but its very limited. This makes is bit problematic if you have some bottleneck in system. If you have problems with OBS game capture system (or with XSplit) there's Dxtory for doing just that.

Whats your upload speed? Just looking at you hardware I'd say you could do 720p stream if your upload is 8+Mb/s. So resolution 720p, bitrate 1800-2200 (bigger number uses more network and looks better), 30fps, AAC/MP3 160kbs.
