Okay, so I'd imagine it would make a Graphics Card a bit slower but will it be a major bottleneck.

I can't imagine it would impact performance as its just an extension cable.

The max font size for a signature is 14 as stated in the CoC.

I was looking at this exact riser just this evening on amazon and the reviews say it is badly made. So i wouldn't buy it.
