750ti but not a whole lot.

750Ti.

Also has more features like Gamestream and Shadowplay along with the much lower TDP.

 

If you're upgrading from the 560Ti, however, it is not worth it.

750Ti, though at stock they are about the same, the 750Ti is more efficient and can overclock a lot more.

I´d go with the 750Ti as well, because of its features and efficiency.
