If it carries a warranty it doesn't bother me, lol. Some may argue that the refurbished models are better than the new models.

Nice price, I'm not a big fan of refurb products though.

Go for it if its has a warranty. but if it bothers you call them up and ask them what was wrong with the monitor in the first place

Refurbished sell less because they are considered as used. 

 

A new one can die too although it is new, but a refurbished one is already fixed and ready to go but cheaper.

 

Always check the warranty on refurbished items.
