i am going to order my new pc next week :

that psu is way overkill

EDIT:downgrade the cpu to buy a gtx 780

you'll be fine with 600 watt or less

im don't have much knowledge in the haswell refresh but you might be okay with i5 4670k or i5 4690

the minimum watt for the gtx770 is 600

i dont realy wanna downgrade the cpu 

and the 780 is 200$ more than 770

and the 780 is 200$ more than 770

i have a friend with a gtx 780 with 550 watt psu

Here is the Build for under 1405 CAD that I was able to come up with. This should give you the best performance. But you can get even better if you get an i5 4690(k) instead of that i7 for Gaming. I've kept that i7 because you wanted it.
