Here is the Build for under 1405 CAD that I was able to come up with. This should give you the best performance. But you can get even better if you get an i5 4690(k) instead of that i7 for Gaming. I've kept that i7 because you wanted it.

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler  ($76.99 @ Amazon)

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($128.99 @ Amazon)

Memory: A-Data XPG V2 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($85.59 @ Amazon)

Storage: A-Data XPG SX900 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($79.99 @ Amazon)

Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 280X 3GB TWIN FROZR Video Card  ($299.99 @ Amazon)

Case: Corsair 450D ATX Mid Tower Case  ($119.99 @ Amazon)

Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($55.24 @ Amazon)

Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer  ($21.80 @ Amazon)

Other: CM Storm Devastator ($29.99)

Total: $1266.55

Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

1405CAD = 1306.00USD

Humpty Dumpty was pushed.
