I NEED SOME HELP PLZ

hi guys i have a problem when i try to play a game like league of legends or assasins creed 3 sometimes my pc presses alt tab by it self it is not an network problem or a hardware problem so i guess it is a software problem and i dont know  how to fix it .....  does this happens to anyone else ? what is really weird is that this alt tab problem doesnt happen all the time IF ANYONE KNOWS SOMETHINK PLEASE LET ME KNOW ..

Start > Task Scheduler > Task Scheduler Library > Disable whatever is triggering at certain times.

This happened to me with Adobe a few years ago.

its seems ur shift or caps lock button is malfunctioning
